Posting days: Sunday and Wednesday and, sometimes, maybe, extra ‘news flashes’
Sunday September 24th 2017
Yesterday S., one of Gilbert and George greyhounds’ humans, took me to fetch Isis back from the kennels. She had been there for three weeks.
I had worried about being able to cope with her physically, but psychologically it’s a huge boost to have her home. And she’s being such a good little dog.
Tomorrow S., R., Gilbert and George have offered to pick her up en route to the park and take her for a walk with them.
It’s brilliant of them.
Writing will be restricted for a while so posts will be short, but I will try to relate the sorry tale a bit at a time. It’s all quite bizarre.
Please overlook any strange bits of script: hand control is very erratic.
Isis came from the Aeza cat and dog rescue and adoption centre in Aljezur, Portugal. For information about adopting an animal from the centre, contact kerry@aeza.org or www.dogwatchuk.co.uk
Very pleased to hear that Isis is home and that you have been re-united. Hope you continue to recover well xxx

Thank you. She’s unusually waggy so I know she’s pleased to be home!

Oh my goodness, I can’t believe how long it’s been! So glad you are together again, and I hope she isn’t giving you too much of the cold shoulder, lol. Can’t wait to hear the story…

No cold shoulder at all. She’s being a very good little dog. Two v generous park friends are taking her for walks.
