 Half-way there!

To-do list: uproot all of the brambles; prune low, overhanging branches; remove all sharp edges; put padding round unmovable objects; recycle all recyclables; take all rubbish to Lifford tip.

Finally, as wisely instructed by home-checker Hannah, remove any precariously balanced items which could fall on an inquisitive visually impaired dog.

In another six days Isis will leave Portugal.
