Several times over the last few weeks I have peered morosely at the potential lawn looking for signs of sprouting. None.
Last Monday I could still see nothing so I fetched my camera and put it on close-up.
There they were, some tiny little needles of grass. I think I can see ten! The excitement’s too much for me! (Yes, I know I need to get a life!)
Isis came from the Aeza cat and dog rescue and adoption centre in Aljezur, Portugal. For information about adopting an animal from the centre, contact kerry@aeza.org or www.dogwatchuk.co.uk
That IS exciting, I totally get it! I plan on putting my house up for sale in a few weeks, and that’s my chore for tomorrow – putting out seed before it rains tomorrow night 🙂 I have about 50% grass and 50% weeds/dirt right now 😦

I was delighted to have someone share my enthusiasm. Oh Amber, what a huge task for you.
Have you had to fill in all the holes the dogs dug, or will you leave them as a landscaping feature?!
