weird shapes in Highbury Park

September 7th 2014

Oh dear. I had shocking experiences today. Boss dog says they’re only trees.

Liar.

First time in Highbury. Fascinating smells. Only one hitch. Two monstrous, threatening shapes suddenly rear up in front of me. I sit down and refuse to move.

Boss dog gives in and carries me past them (fool).

Then she lets me wander all over the place because I’m new to the country – need time to settle and all that.

Later on, in my park, horrible shapes loom again. I sit down. Won’t move. Boss dog picks me up. That’s better. She lets me wander wherever I want to.

G corrects us. “Left heel. Try body-blocking. Stop when she pulls.”

Boss reins me in.

I know where he can stick his liver fizzlers.
